EXAMS !!!!
The topic most of us are talking about those days :/
and of course, most of us talk about studying hard, spending the night studying, tension and the bad subjects the drives you mad...etc.
well as my friend "Noran" used to say "It's not the load that breaks u down...it's the way u carry it".
Thats true :D
let me say that over the past years I spent in studying I used to study few hours coz I get bored fast :D
and thanks to Allah my grades was very good :)
Sometimes I feel guilty about this wasted time when I don't study, but when I read this article I realised that I was right and I won't feel guilty anymore, because the time I don't study in is not wasted time, it's a recharging time ;)

I've a suugestion. What about adding this factor to the equation:
word acc = time spent x intensity of focus x level of interest
work acc =time spent x intensity of focus x level of interest
I think this will not work for all people coz not all who are studing are interested in what they learn so !!

well "level of interest" is just a factor, we may consider it a non zero positive integer :D
so if your interest equals 1
work acc =time spent x intensity of focus
but if your interest equals 2
work acc =time spent x intensity of focus x 2
it's doubled :D
so of course the level of interest have an effect but this effect mustn't be negative ;) or it'll be your fault :D
